"State Farm is a joke!! Stay far away from State Farm or you will be in the situation I am currently in. Been fighting State Farm for months now from a hail storm. Our adjuster is also from State Farm and was not qualified to get on a roof which is a very low pitch. She came unprepared to do her job and at the end of the day had no interest in helping. The agent that I have been on many phone calls with has been completely useless. I have all the evidence and photos to warrant a new roof and they don’t care the adjuster looked at all the evidence and denied everything even though there was more than enough evidence. Even after all this my State Farm agent wanted me to leave him a 5 star review for what railroading me. They have no problem taking my money but when you need them they don’t want to lift a finger. I encourage anyone shopping for insurance to stay clear away from State Farm pay the extra and go with someone reputable it’s not worth saving a buck for a headache! Shame on you State Farm how do you sleep at night knowing you are messing over your customers!"
